Stephanie Wilson, Owner/PT
Stephanie is from Wrenshall, MN and has resided in Ashland since 2005. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and received her physical therapy degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She competed in volleyball (1 year) and basketball (4 years) while in college. She and her husband Aaron opened up Wilson Physical Therapy in 2011. Outside of work she has remained active in community athletics and has been involved in soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, and cross country at both the youth and high school levels. She enjoys spending time with friends, watching all levels of soccer and playing pickleball.
Why did you become a Physical Therapist? I chose to become a physical therapist in order to help individuals feel better and empower them to be the best version of themselves. I enjoy the process of changing peoples lives by helping them achieve their goals.
Specialities: Sports Injuries, othopedics, Pre and Post-operative care, Neck and Low Back injuries, TMD/TMJ impairments, Dry Needling, Balance and Fall prevention and amputee rehab.
